The annual congress offers inspiring presentations, panel discussions and networking opportunities on topics relating to digital health, the use of AI and innovation in the healthcare sector.
Pleasure and frustration with AI
On November 6, 2024, our Managing Director Gernot Reinmüller will be speaking at the HIH-Summit 2024 at the Business + Innovation Center in Kaiserslautern about the potential applications and challenges of artificial intelligence (AI) in everyday business life.
Under the title "Pleasure and frustration with AI: what works and what fails in practice", he sheds light on how companies can use AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Workato to increase their efficiency and achieve more with fewer resources.
Mr. Reinmüller will provide practical insights into current application possibilities, e.g. the reduction of bureaucracy and the use of AI-supported consulting tools such as ChatGPT, the development of cost-effective software solutions and the use of AI agents in customer service. His assessment of the potential that AI can offer in the healthcare sector and where caution is required will be particularly exciting.
