How are e-invoices sent and is it possible to receive a copy for your own filing system?

Of course, it is also possible to save a copy of the invoice in your filing system, such as on a file server (OneDrive, SharePoint, GDrive, Dropbox, etc.).
How is the original invoice transmitted?
You receive a personal e-mail inbox to which you can send the original invoices. From there, they are automatically converted into the desired e-invoice format and sent to the invoice recipient.
