By "cloud" we mean the processing of company data on computer systems or with the help of IT applications that are neither in our possession nor under our full control. Only the processing logic is under our full control, not the underlying technology and infrastructure required to provide the service. We focus on the business logic and business processes, not on every "bit and byte".
